2. What data we process when you visit this website

When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically processes technical information that arises with practically every website visit: IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, and the browser and operating system used. This data is used for technical delivery and to protect against misuse.

This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies and no third-party tracking scripts. No cookies are set to recognise you. Fonts and images are delivered from our own server; no content is loaded from third parties. Your choice of language (German/English) is transmitted only through the page address and is not stored.

3. Contacting us

If you write to us at queen@nibosa.com, we process your details (email address, content of your message) solely to respond to your enquiry. This website links to Queen (nibosa.com/queen), quplz (quplz.com) and MY ANNA (my-anna.digital). By clicking a link you switch to a separate offering, where its own privacy policy applies. We have no influence on the data processing there.

5. Hosting

This website is hosted by Novatrend Services GmbH (Switzerland). Traffic additionally runs through Cloudflare, Inc. (with server locations also in the EU/Switzerland), which is used as an upstream security and delivery service (CDN, DDoS protection, TLS termination) and, in doing so, technically necessarily processes IP addresses.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of the processing of your data, as well as the right to object to processing. Please contact queen@nibosa.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Switzerland: the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, FDPIC; for persons in the EU: the supervisory authority of your country of residence).

7. Changes to this policy

We adapt this policy when the data processing on this website changes, for example when new tools are introduced. The version published at the time of your visit applies.
